Be a citizen of a country listed as eligible by the KNB Scholarship.
Hold a Masterβs degree (or equivalent).
Be no more than 40 years old at the time of application.
Have a valid passport.

Not currently receiving another scholarship.
Have sufficient English proficiency, proven by TOEFL, IELTS, or other internationally recognized English proficiency tests.

Applications that pass embassy verification will be evaluated through administrative selection conducted by the Directorate of Institutional Affairs.
Applicants who pass the administrative stage will be assessed through academic selection by the host universities, including Universitas Jember, based on academic background and research proposal quality.
The final results of the KNB Scholarship 2026 selection will be officially announced according to the schedule determined by the KNB Scholarship committee.
